MY VISION

I envision a world where people who suffer from a mental illness are accepted and respected as heroes. I have a goal to create empathy and compassion in a world where we are too busy to care about others' well being. Every 30 seconds, someone in the world dies by suicide as a result of their depression. This shocking statistic can be reduced by simply talking about the reasons why the numbers are so alarming. Let me help you help save a life today.

KEYNOTE SPEAKING/FOCUS GROUPS/ONE ON ONE COACHING

I am available to meet and talk with people and groups of all ages. I have spoken to large and small groups and do meet one on one with people when someone needs to be heard. I am not certified in crisis intervention nor am I a counsellor, social worker, therapist or psychologist. I am certified in Mental Health First Aid. Book me today to help raise awareness for mental health in your area.
